  Caveman Moves

• Sid was excellent. Unfortunately, he was the only mover present though two men were expected. There were no appliances, but with stairs and a few large it was not a job for one person. I could not be present, but my daughter had taken time off from work to be at the condo for move-in. She ended up helping Sid move the larger items. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I had been diligent about making contact with the moving company, and my daughter had followed up with her own calls. Terrible service.

  With U-Box jobs there is not a set number of team members, That's why we ask ahead of time what types of items you have in the U-Box and what size box it is. You said you had the smallest size and it was only boxes completely capable for a single person to do that type of job. You literally said Sid was excellent but didn't meet your expectations however the expectations were never part of the contract. OUTRAGEOUS seems pretty dramatic. We were in and out in under 2 hours. Giving us a bad review even though you weren't even present is pretty wild. Best of luck to you and your daughter we'll be more clear in the future if we send a single team member.

• They were absolutely incredible. Punctual, efficient, careful and at the end made certain there was nothing else they could do. There was a couch I was almost certain would not make it up our narrow staircase but they crushed it
