    Showed up over 2 hours late. Seemed over their head so they went to get a more knowledgeable mover. They said they would be back in 20 minutes but didn’t return for an hour. Because of this, I was so late reaching my new home that I had to reschedule unloading movers to the next day and pay twice as much to extend my UHaul rental for a day. They took apart a lamp and didn’t secure the glass shade which shattered. Somehow in the charge calculation it ended up costing me twice as much. They were nice, but a bad experience.

    Ruby with Caravan Cargo saved is literally after Uhaul Upod dropped the ball and attempted to move our pod delivery to another day. This was after 2 p.m. on the day our pod was due and we were moving out. We were contracted by Ruby with Caravan and see assured us she'd get us taken care of. Her communication put my at ease she see kept me posted every step of the way with map updates and tests. She took a horrifically stressful situation and kept our move on time by dropping what she was doing and delivereong our pod to us. Can't thank her and her team enough!
