I would hire this team again in a heartbeat. Brad was excellent with communication before, during, and after the move. The team was professional, efficient, and took extra care to make sure our stuff was loaded and unloaded properly. They even took the time to repack our moving truck so the items we were putting into storage didn't slide around or get damaged. Don't pick anyone else- choose these guys!
Well worth it to have someone else clean the apartment after spending several days packing and getting ready to move. Highly recommend Door 2 Door and would definitely use them again.
I scheduled a 7;30 move. Nobody showed up until 8;00. I booked two movers for 2 hours. 3 people showed up. All the big things were picked up which was most important to me and moved. We still had over 30 minutes left and I asked if we can go back to my house which was 10 minutes away to load up some more stuff and I was told they only do one load and one unload only. And then the guy told me that they asked that I leave a $20 tip so I can tip each guy $10 a piece. I wasn't going to leave it because there was 35 minutes left that she was getting paid for for no reason. So when he wrote out that I need to leave a $20 tip I was confused. I told the gentleman that I have cash and he told me no that I need to cash app him so he can pay his guys himself. Weird but ok. I did leave a tip but technically I did not want to. Like I said they were still 35 minutes left that they were trying to leave and get paid for. I would use it again but not this company.
