• The two helpers showed up promptly at the scheduled time after giving me a call. Helped me get the truck set up for loading, and quickly got to it. They were very careful with my furniture and did an excellent job in packing everything up securely in the truck. Overall, you can’t go wrong with Elite. Competitive pricing, good communication, arrived on time, worked quickly but with care.

• Communication was pretty decent I did have to take back a few times but they responded pretty quickly. It was a little concerned when the two guys showed up almost an hour late they did call and alert us that they were going to be late and then they updated and said they were 15 minutes out. Appreciate that. One of the guys was extremely new and green and had not had very much training and was not real professional. Did not play close attention to detail or Direction had to monitor closely that things were getting done the way we had asked them to be done. A little reckless in help are the items were handled. Just definitely needed more training did not really know what he was doing just kind of flying by the seat of his pants. The two guys worked pretty well together. They were done in an hour. But we didn't have a whole lot of things we had to keep asking them to do things and put things different places again just heavily monitored.

• Very knowledgeable and experienced - showed care and respect for all of our belongings - when we arrived at our destination and bagan to unpack, everything was exactly where they put it! Great job! Thank you!
