Definitely do not recommend this moving service. First off, their communication is not the greatest. They texted me to confirm a time for them to show up. I texted back right away then didn’t hear from them until the next day which was the morning we needed their services. They asked to arrive at 930 which I was ok with, then I get an updated text saying they were going to be late and in that very same text they say they accept Zelle, cash app or Venmo for tips. I thought it was strange to ask for tips prior to even arriving or completing the job. Then when they show up it’s two guys that smell strongly of weed. They had 2 hours to move our stuff which wasn’t that much to begin with and they definitely took their time. Not only that but I feel they could have utilized the truck space better, we ended up not being about to fit everything. Even the guys that unloaded our truck asked who packed it cause they did such a horrible job.

Whatever you do, avoid this mover at All COSTS!! They are scammers. This company was appalling. Their communication was terrible. You had no idea who you were speaking with because at no time did the person texting you ever introduce themselves. After being late and postponing once, they rescheduled to the next day. The movers showed up 90 minutes late, with THREE young children, who they left in the car, they informed me they couldn’t out ANYTHING together, even though that’s what I hired them for. They had nothing identifying them as movers for this company. They finished in under an hour and between them and the person I had been texting with since the hire date, convinced me to give them the payment code, insisting that was what they needed to refund me for the hours they didn’t work. They lied, and have not responded to any messages since. I filed a dispute and I’ll file another one with my bank. Do not hire them.
