WE MOVE LLC
A rung on my dresser that I recently purchased was broken in half when the movers were taking it out of my apartment complex. A metal latch on my piano bench was also damaged. I was told by them to speak with U-haul when addressing the damage, who told me that it was not their responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit. I filed a case with them in July to address the issue, to which they are denying the damage even happening now. They said I waited several weeks to report it, when I was dealing with getting an answer from U-haul and not filing a claim, as I was asked to give a good review, as it'd really help their business. I provided photos of both damaged items and they told me that their mover, Rico, reported no damage to any of my items following the move. If your business model is built on lying about causing damage to someone's property and cold calling me at 10 pm the night I file the claim, I truly hope that nobody else asks for your services for a future move.
