• Tim provided unparalleled service throughout the process. I received two forms of confirmation from him after placing a request (one through the UHaul Moving Help website and the other via a text message), and he arrived at the moving location before I did. He listened to the layout plan I thought would work well for the space before starting to unload, and everything was handled carefully as it was transfered inside. Tim and his partner were both very kind and personable. The experience was stress free, and this will be my first stop the next time I need help moving.

• Tim’s Professional Movers did a horrible job loading the truck. Furniture and boxes were all over the place in the back of the truck. He didn’t bring his helper so he brought his wife to help him. This was the worst experience I have had moving with U-Haul Help. I will never use you again.
