• I really enjoyed talking with the owner. He was very effective in his communication, polite and understood my needs. However, on moving day, the communication between the crew was not effective. They did not know which items to take and which items to go and ended up leaving out some items and taking items I did not want to be loaded. I do not fault them entirely as I should not have had items that I didn’t want out on display but I relayed this very well I felt. Also I saw one of the guys drop my box and then act like nothing happened and they broke one of my plastic drawers. I’m nervous as to what else may be broken when I arrive at my new place.

• The guys were great. They were a little late getting to us, but that was a clerical error at the UHaul office and not their fault. They were good with communications...setting up times, letting me know about the delay, letting me know they were on the way and how far out. I would use them again.
