  • The worst company I have ever received services from Not only were the movers over an hour and half late because the initial movers called out which life happens but he company didn’t even call me to give me a courtesy call that my appointment time i had made the evening prior wasn’t going to be honored They then sent the replacements to the wrong address because they misinformed them They then proceeded to also have the movers there with no truck So we then had to go get a Uhaul last minute This company lacks professionalism, punctuality, and after speaking with the manager , all he offered was a 20 dollar discount for the numerous inconveniences The company lacks communication with their customers and also within their own internal services, the capacity to rectify issues they caused and chose not to action on and take responsibility for their poor service other than sorry I would never recommend them to anyone I regret not doing the move myself but i had prepaid

  • The moving help that was originally scheduled was not able to arrive at the booked time. However, Mariam (name?) was very responsive and able to find replacements who arrived later but provided excellent service with moving 150sq ft storage with some heavy items to another storage facility. I highly recommend Prolift for this type of work.
