    They were an hour late. They also only worked 7 of the 8 purchased hours. They took just under 2 hours to load the truck, but nearly 5 to unload. They promised they'd get it unloaded quickly so they last of the large items could be picked up, but frequent breaks kept that from happening. I get that it was hot, but there were several items in the 'it has to be moved' list that were left behind because boxes were prioritized when I clearly said that wasnt their nor my priority.
