  • Here are the highlights to my move. Hire at your own risk. The movers were 1.5 hours late. So everything was rushed. They also rushed to get to a softball game and then to another job. The moving blankets they intended to use had oil on them even though Steven, the owner assured me they would be super clean after I explained about some white furniture. My furniture sustained significant damage. A dresser with deep gouges on the top. Furniture legs chipped and scrapped. Almost all of the wood furniture sustained some damage. The walls of my house also damaged. A floor lamp did not make the move. I have no idea what happened to it. The movers were professional and helpful. And there is no way they didn’t see the damage they caused. They didn’t say a word. My partner and I ended up helping with loading and unloading much more than I anticipated or have ever had to do in the past. I sent the owner a msg about my experience. He didn’t even care enough to respond.

    We take customer feedback seriously, which is why we were surprised to read this review. After receiving these allegations, we made multiple attempts to contact you by phone, left voicemail messages, sent text messages, and followed up by email to better understand your concerns and investigate the claims. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to those outreach efforts. We also requested photographs or other documentation of the alleged damages and missing item so that we could review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. To date, we have not received any photos, documentation, or other evidence supporting these claims. We stand behind our work and are always willing to address legitimate concerns when they are brought to our attention and supported with the information.
