  • Jerry Miller showed up alone at 3pm. It wasn't until 7pm that his friend showed up to help. And then they loaded the 2nd container. It took them until 9pm. Highly unprofessional. The next day he requested 3 more hours of service. I did not approve. And the way the container was packed resulted in damage to one of my antique furniture pieces. NOT HAPPY.

    Hi Shanna, thank you for your feedback. We always strive for transparency and clear communication. When my crew member fell through, I immediately informed you and offered options. You explicitly requested that I wait for the second mover to arrive so we would have a two-man crew, which resulted in a longer day on the clock. Regarding the packing, we strongly advised against adding more items to the containers, warning that overloading them risked potential damage. You insisted we proceed and pack the remaining items anyway. We did our absolute best to accommodate your urgent request safely under those conditions. Because we remained on-site at your request to complete the job, additional hours were submitted to reflect that total time worked. We accepted your generous $40 cash tip at the end of the day as a sign that you were satisfied with our hard work under the circumstances, and we are sorry to see this dynamic changed.
