• Movers showed up over 1 hour late. I hired 2 movers and one of them left after 10 minutes. Brian was the main mover. He was a nice guy. There is no excuse to agreeing to do a job and showing up this late. He had 2 other guys come to help him after the 1 left. That took at least another 30 minutes for them to show up. It was very stressful. I barely got back to my apartment to check out on time. I should have had at least an hour to tidy up and leave. Instead I was racing around due to their tardiness. Of course I was helping move items to speed the process along. This is the first and only time I have ever had movers show up late. I would never hire them again!

  We sincerely apologize for arriving late and for the stress this caused during your move. We understand how important it was for you to finish on time and have enough time to clean and check out. We also apologize that one mover left shortly after arriving and that the additional help took time to arrive. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
