They broke something that I needed for work. They dinged walls and doors at both my old and new house several times while moving furniture through doorways, and swinging a ratchet strap around inside. Then blamed it on me by saying I was distracting them by speaking. They generally felt rushed, and not very professional. They were nice but I probably won't use this service again.
