Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Moving Help (Johnny & Nate) were outstanding during our move. I misunderstood the charges and thought that the total might be less since it only took one box and 2 movers 2 total hours instead of the 2 boxes and 8 total man hours on the quote. My mistake, will make sure that I don't make that mistake again. Already cash tipped $50 for 1 box not counting the $160 charge for a box they didn't load, so below tip amount will be zero.
The only issue was that one of our beds could not be disassembled because it needed a special tool. This was not the fault of the gentlemen who came to help. They were very helpful & respectful & went above & beyond to help. They were great!
