    Are We There Yet

    Was told i would get a call the morning of my move with an estimated time. I had to reach out and ask for it. Then when they gave me an ETA of 1pm, they texted me at 115 saying they didnt realize the time and would be there in 30 mins. They showed up almost an hour late, i started packing up myself because i couldnt wait any longer. Never told me it was a two hour minimum and only mentioned if i needed them more than 2 hours how I would have to pay for that. The movers were friendly but the overall service was awful and I would not use again
