They were amazing. Worked fast and efficient with moving our larger furniture items, packed the truck great where nothing was damaged or moved around durning the drive to the new location. Would definitely refer people to using this company.
If you’re like me and overwhelmed by choosing someone to load your UBox.. trust me when I say LOOK NO FURTHER than Glorified Surfaces. Jarvis, Zafir, and Marques were absolutely incredible. Jarvis was responsive, upbeat, and extremely flexible when our move-out date changed. We were relocating from Philly to Austin and nervous about loading on a busy city street, but the crew handled it with total ease. Jarvis kept us updated throughout the day, from dispatch to delivery of all three boxes. They worked NON-STOP for SEVEN HOURS, did not complain once, and treated every item with care. Jarvis and Zafir even lifted our massive bar cabinet like it was nothing and packed each UBox with true Tetris-level skill..literally not one inch of space left unused. Fragile items like large mirrors were carefully wrapped and secured. We ended the day feeling beyond grateful. This crew is the REAL deal. I’d recommend Glorified Surfaces to anyone and everyone I know... and will absolutely use them again!
THANK YOU!!!!! Our original mover canceled on us last minute when we are leaving the state in less than 12 hours. In a last minute hurry, I booked AD Enterprise and Atur called me within a minute. I explained the situation and Atur was not only willing to help, he was incredibly compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He told me he would do everything he could to make it work and he was at my house within 6 hours. He saved us and communicated the whole way, which eased a lot of my worry. His helper, Matt, was very kind and helpful. My partner and I are still in shock with how quickly they got things rolling. I wish I had a million dollars for them both.
