They did not show up at all. They didn’t not call to confirm the day before despite me reaching out many times. When I finally got a hold of them this morning they stated they could maybe give us a call this afternoon. When our reservation was at 8:30 and the truck was due back at 2:30. The entire situation is absolutely ridiculous.
