If I could give zero stars, I would. I contracted Home Sweet Moves for three movers, but only two arrived, and I was forced to sign a new contract on moving day when no alternatives were available (Friday at 12pm). Despite fewer movers, I was charged nearly the same rate (only $10 lower per hour) and had to lift and move many items myself. The movers dragged my furniture across the floor instead of lifting it and did not properly wrap or protect several fragile pieces, even when asked. They also failed to complete the job. They left my heavy etched glass dining table abandoned in the foyer instead of delivering it to my apartment next door. A neighbor helped me move it, and the glass was already broken when we found it. I documented the damage with photos, but the company denied responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for reliability, professionalism or care of property.
