Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They easily moved our heavy items with out our help and they took care of our things well. I would hirer them again but with a little more oversight as to how things are oriented in the truck. We had a box spring mattress break since it was packed diagonally instead of secured vertically.

Very disappointing experience. I hired two helpers for 2 hours to move two bedrooms worth of furniture and boxes to a POD in my driveway. Instead, they wasted the first 1.5 hours paddingand moving just 4 furniture pieces. At one point, they ran out of tape and took 15 minutes to get more. While moving two boxes with a dolly, they stopped for 5 breaks just to get from the second floor to the garage. It was clear they were dragging time to increase hours. Once I agreed to a flat 3 hour rate just to finish the job, they suddenly picked up the pace but only moved the rest of the items to the garage. I still had to load everything into the POD myself the next day. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not recommend.
