Movers were there ready to go early. They were very polite and worked quick and carefully.

I reserved 4 hours paid for 4 hours. used 1 hour. understood that there is a 2-hour minimum. have been told they only got paid 160 for the 2 hours when in truth they were paid 320 and are now refusing to refund the 160 over payment after stating in a text that she would refund any over payment. very unprofessional on their part. and movers reeked of marijuana when they got there.
