  • They did not have anybody showing up on the day of my move. I had to contact them only to find out NOBODY was showing up. They claimed the original crew had a truck broken down. I offered to drive and pick the crew up, but they declined!!! (You can use your imagination as to why?? IF TRULY THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN WHY WOULD THEY REFUSE MY HELP??) Then a few hours later they sent a crew of two. These clowns looked like some random dudes off the street. They did not have ANY of the usual moving equipment (dolly, clear plastic wraps, and etc) with them. They were SOOOOO SLOOOOW. BASICALLY MILKING IT. I FOUND THEM STANDING INSIDE THE MOVING TRAILER CHATTING AWAY. Anything heavier than a book they complained!!!!! Kept telling me they are going to have to charge me EXTRA!!! WTF!! One guy kept talking on the phone most of the move!!! I had to tell him to get off the phone!!! When it comes to move my sectional sofa (I already broke it down to three pieces), they REFUSED!!!
