    A PRIME SERVICES

    A 26’Uhaul and much of our stuff not loaded. I asked if they would secure items and was told to get out of the way, they knew what they were doing. Items shifted, boxes and containers crushed, items were broken, and lots of dented wood furniture. Very inefficient loading. Much space not used. Tried to call and email about broken items and NO response. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend. Now have to rent again. Very unhappy with this moving company Did an inefficient job of using the space, did not act like professionals, and terrible communication during event and afterwards
