Super helpful and kind. Moved things quickly with minimal issues. However, we were charged basically double what we originally paid for not adding stairs to the reservation which I’m sure I did. But the receipt doesn’t tell you if you put stairs or not. Didn’t mind paying but wish we knew ahead of time.
