• One mover called me the morning of letting me know he was on his way. He got there a few minutes early and told me the other mover was running late. After about 30 minutes, he said they he isn't coming.. I needed 2 guys for 2 hours, but only one guy showed up. I called Robert right away and he said he would send someone else out immediately. We were already in process of loading the truck and 40 minutes in, so I told him that I would be fine with the one guy, but I need to extend the time from 2 hours to 4 hours. I asked to pay the same rate and he was fine that. Then after the move was over, he told me to zelle him $200 for the service which would save him the U-Haul fee. So I did, but then I was also charged $210.93 on my credit card for the same service. I called Robert on 7-2 requesting a refund for this as I was double charged and he said I would see the refund posted on Monday 7-7. I still have not seen a refund. as of 7-17.
