We need to give them 10 stars. Set up the service with less than 24hrs notice, they were at my house first thing and knocked out the entire load in less than 2 hrs (would have taken me all day). Great personalities and extreme professional. These are the guys to use when moving.
Booked 2 movers, only 1 showed up. The other was a no show and I was contacted by the owner. He sent another mover that didn't arrive until an hour in of our 2 hour booking time. Unfortunately my partner had to start helping the first mover as to not waste time - we had other movers booked to meet us at our new apartment. The two movers were really professional and we tipped them cash. However, I had a hard time communicating my frustration to the owner. After weeks of back and forth, he refunded me partially for having to help his movers.
