  • We scheduled for two hours, and they finished in 1.5 hours. We were still charged for 2 hours, and this fact is particularly annoying because multiple items of furniture were damaged in the move, and this is likely because the movers were not carefully when placing the items in the truck in a secure way. Multiple drawers and a clothing stand was broken. It feels that they went faster than they needed to, and our furniture were damaged as a result. This is quite unfortunate. Otherwise, the movers did accomplish their task, and we were moving out of a 3rd floor walk up so this was appreciated.

  • The movers worked hard. They just grabbed a nice new comforter and used it to cover furniture, tapped it heavily and ruined it.
