• This moving company we hired was extremely unprofessional. The movers packed our storage units so poorly that we were forced to rent a third unit at our own expense. They repeatedly took unnecessary breaks during the job, and my wife had to drive 30 minutes to the facility just to tell them to get back to work before they would continue. Even after that, they still did not complete the job properly. My wife, daughter, and son-in-law had to step in and help them load our belongings, despite us paying for professional service. When questioned about the poor work and delays, the movers became confrontational and threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay, even though we never refused payment. Overall, the service was careless, inefficient, and unprofessional, and resulted in extra costs, wasted time, and significant frustration.

  We apologize for any inconvenience however the day of your move it was a bad thunderstorm we only took a break when it started lightning and you told us we could take a break. Your wife showed up to the worksite because you hit a uhaul members car and was begging the worker and even attempted bribing him to not call the police. You booked for 4 hours and I started a timer and showed it to u before I started when I paused it and unpaused it and the police was threatened to be call because you refused to give the payment code after the job was done asking if we could come back in the morning we explained to you that the day was blocked on the schedule and we could not fit anything else in the storage as your building(s) was full

  Austins moving company

• A couple of dents in the stair walls and some marks but they agreed to repair it

• This company had a day like my life, rough. Not the owner's fault, but his 2 movers didn't show and Austin did the move himself with another guy. Those 2 movers really threw a wrench in the works for Austin. It took him 6 hours instead of 3, but he did nit charge me for the additional hours. He really tried his best to make a bad situation not so bad. It was hard on us all. Don't hold it against him, as he really did try to accommodate.
