    Used them in July - movers were nice but broke my bed, charged for an unused hour, and wouldn’t extend my time. I didn’t complain and even left a good review. Rebooked for 8.15, paid in full a month ahead. 4 days before, manager Shawn Fredrick called to say they weren’t coming because they extended the job after mine. No refund offered on the call, no help finding a solution, just talked over me and hung up. They took my money, canceled last minute, and gave my slot to someone else. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.

    University Moving

    These guys were prompt, very communicative during scheduling, and friendly. Downsides are that they broke a few things during the move and weren't quite as fast as expected. Ending up having to book them for a few extra hours at a more expensive overtime rate to get everything moved in to our new apartment. No compensation for broken items.
