Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were late, caught standing around chatting on their phones, and damaged my belongings due to haphazardly throwing items in the moving truck. They chose not to use the over 3 dozen moving pads I had and allowed many of my solid wood pieces to have their finishes damaged.
The helpers were very nice, but arrive nearly an hour later than planned. They also moved fairly slowly, which means they were not quite done in the allocated time. Ultimatly, they ended up staying a few extra minutes (without being asked) to finish the job, but I would expect professionals to do a bit less standing around. They were both very kind young men, but seemed a bit inexperienced.
great service, make moving so smooth finish up the job less than 2 hours.
