• They were almost 2 hours late. They tried to stall time. Owner called saying it was gonna take more than the requested time so he will have to charge me when we go over. I told him no this should not take more than 3 hours. I had asked him the day prior if he had a dolly. He said he did. Workers came with no dolly. When I called and asked him, he said HE has it but not his workers. Told him that served me no purpose. I would have added a dolly to my U-Haul reservation had I known. Sounded like he didn’t want to help me. Came to the conclusion he would come out the next day to move my washer and dryer and aquarium. After the job was complete, I refused to give the pay code. Insisted this was a family business and his workers need to get paid and I have ‘his word’ he will come. Made him send me an email confirming he would be there the next day to finish the time. He stopped responding to me the next day. Not answering calls or text. The company is a scam. And my furniture looks terrible

• Absolutely horrible experience! Time kept changing and they arrived an hour late. Two lazy workers, that couldn’t lift or load without the other. They moved one half of section sofa, weighing about 40lbs and stood in lobby for thirty minutes after loading it. It became clear they were allowing time to pass, so I moved all furniture to the hallway ALONE, and they still took one piece at a time. It took two hours to load head and foot board, three side rails, two nightstands, sectional sofa, and four bins, BY ELEVATOR, using two roll Dollie’s. They apologized for being late and stated we would come back for remaining items. The remaining seven items only needed to be taken to dumpster in the back of my home, twenty feet away. They chose to save these items for last. Got to storage and they sat on truck on their phones while we moved the furniture to unit. They helped with dresser and headboard, asked for payment code, and said they had another job. Never finished the move.

• We had pleasure meeting with D’Jean (Hope I’m saying correctly) and JoJo. They were great, handled our things with the up most care. They were quick and efficient. I will DEFINITELY use them again! Ty so much
