• We’ve used moving helpers several times and this was by far the worst experience. We requested 2 hours. They were late and only showed up with one person! My husband had to really pitch in and do a majority of the work. When we went to the next location to unload the mover stopped to put gas and was very delayed in getting to the house. The second person finally showed up with about 30 minutes left. The one guy complained the whole time and forced us to rent a Dolly. Then he asked for a tip (we always tip) but thought was weird. I will never use this company again.

• They were late. I had to wait 2 hours before they would show up. Although they were very fast and did finish the job in a short time.

• At no point when I booked this company to help me move a small U-Haul of property up four flights of stairs was it mentioned the time was subject to change. A gentleman called to confirm the time that I needed the movers, I stated Noon, he said ok. Now I understand things happen and I am understanding. The company called to state the movers were running a little late due to having to ride the bus but these guys were two hours late it threw the whole day off and screwed up other parts of this move. At no time did this company offer any monetary discount for the huge inconvenience. I don’t see how a little late equates to two hours. Despite my feelings toward the company these guys hustled when they did get here and moved my property so nothing against them.
