• Easy to communicate with before and during the U-Box loading. The team was professional, polite, and handled our items with great care. They kept positive attitudes throughout, even with heavy pieces and a third-floor move. The only hiccup was that when they first arrived, we asked if they could help haul away a few items that wouldn’t fit in the U-Box, and they agreed, but later told us toward the end that they had a prior commitment and couldn’t. That left us in a bit of a bind. Overall, great experience and we’d definitely use them again.

• If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. They did terrible job of packing the Uboxes, did not use the furniture pads that were provided, and jammed my furniture so that I had damage to 2 pieces of furniture. They stacked large boxes on top of smaller boxes and did such a poor job of packing that I ended up leaving things behind. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this company and I strongly advise against using them. The company that I used to unload immediately took photos of the inside of the Uboxes once they saw how terrible they were packed, so at least I have evidence to share with MovingHelp.
