Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
This team was great. They called and texted to confirm the arrival time and job details. They brought dollies and straps to help hold the load in place on the truck. They had great ideas for complex tasks like getting a couch down from the second story. They even helped with cleanup tasks like folding furniture blankets at the end. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again.
Ok for moving boxes. For bigger furnitures, I’d pay more to get a better job done. One of them was lazy, wouldn’t lift the leather couch. He simply pushed it on the floor. They came in late, took time to solve minor issues (i.e. how to move the oven).
