• I had to unload the truck myself due to them being slower movers. They were slow but efficiently loaded the truck. It was hard to communicate due to language barrier. I asked them prior to the move, if they had equipment in which they assured me that they did. Upon arrival, they asked for a dolly. Pros -Packed truck neatly Cons -Slow workers (took 2.5 hours to load a 1 bed apartment) -They abandoned the job because the manager wanted to send them to another job. When I spoke with the manager, he said it was nothing he could do. -There was a huge language barrier

  Thank you very much for your comment, observing the situation it was impossible to complete this work in just 2 hours, we had our work team (dolly's and tapes) the guys were not slow, this work was complicated, there were many big, fragile and heavy things, it was also raining and we had to move things from a 4th floor to the downstairs where we had to walk around 5 minutes to get to the elevator, go down and then walk around 4 more minutes to get to the truck, we manage our schedules according to the demand of orders, we completed the 2 hours of this reservation giving him a little more time to complete the load since our client arrived about 20 minutes later than the agreed time, we appreciate your comment and we will work on improving every day
