Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers themselves were incredible. These guys were super professional and helpful, worked very hard and earned their gratuity. My primary complaint is that I booked the move and waited weeks to hear back from anyone despite emailing directly. I finally called someone and they helped me over the phone to secure the move and make a schedule. I see a tip option, but I compensated the movers directly.
MY CREW TEAM WAS EXCELLENT. Definitely do business with this company if still selecting. I don’t give this type of credit or feedback lightly and warranted. My recent experience with another on the platform was extremely disappointing. This team came on time, friendly, focused and spatially on point. Thank you (Mr. A and Mr. G) for the response time turnaround as well.
