• I was initially told that 2 people would arrive for the service, and then I was told that a third person could be added for a reduced rate, and I agreed. In the end, only one mover arrived in a timely manner. This person did great work and we are grateful for the help, however this was not the agreed number of people. An hour and 20 minutes into the work, a mover asked if they needed to come in another 20 minutes, which is near the end of our two hour time frame. I had to step in and assist since only one person was on the job. I had to pay for service for 2 people although only one person showed up. Additionally, the mover did not have to stay more than two hours.

• John the manager, his response time was not very quick when I would text him or try to call him for verification. He did eventually respond. On the day of the move, no response at all. One mover showed up but left. I hired 3 movers for 3 hours. My son and I had to finish the move because yeah, of that one mover, not showing up. I'll respond later to see what type of refund I get because of it.
