Please, whatever you do, work with JG Outstanding Moving! They were incredibly helpful, made sure I was fully prepared, and took excellent care of me and my items. They packed my items beautifully and were friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. I forgot to purchase a lock and while the owner was picking up my U-Box, he texted me to ask if I had one. When I said no, he went ahead and purchased the lock for me! Truly outstanding service. Also, they helped by taking some chairs to be tossed and even unscrewed my bed, even though it wasn’t going into the box. The list of ways this company went above and beyond could go on and on. If I were staying in the DFW area, they would be the only moving company I’d ever use. Lastly, they are good communicators. I appreciate that, especially since moving can be stressful!
