• Who ever is in charge of communication never communicated that I asked for two helpers I only got one. He did not show up to the loading location when he called and said he was in his way we were already mostly done so by time he would have gotten there we we would have been done so my father and I loaded the truck ourselves due to it appearing it may rain when we got to the unloading the other person still was not there so I assisted Billy (the one mover) with as much as possible but I am highly disappointed and still have yet to hear from the person about my refunded amount.

• Tetris Moving Help provided an outstanding experience from start to finish! Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated and confident throughout the entire move. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great professionalism. They handled all of my belongings with care, paying attention to detail while still moving quickly to keep everything on schedule. I especially appreciated how well they coordinated with me, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable the whole way through. Their teamwork was smooth, organized, and you could tell they truly cared about delivering top-quality service. The loading and unloading were seamless, and everything arrived safely without any issues. Moving can be stressful, but this team made it simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Tetris to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy movers you won’t be disappointed!
