Confirmed for 10am to load a sofa bed onto the back of a pick up truck follow me 20 minutes to my home and unload. At 1040am they were a no show so we loaded it ourselves. I called and got no answer he text and said they were on the way I ended up having them meet me at the unload location. Paid for 2 hours minimum of service for 15 minutes of work!
