  • Worst moving experience I've ever had. The movers showed up very late, unprepared, had arguments with each other about payment (not professional at all) and switched out movers just after starting only to leave early without completing the work. I believed they would finish the job when they pressured me to give them the completion code plus they lied to me about not being able to extend the job online (I found out later that this is very possible). I had to hire additional movers to finish the job since Pro Movers left an hour early. DO NOT HIRE PRO MOVERS OF DFW!

    Miss Kayla I do apologize for the misunderstanding you should take more time to carefully plan your move with your building accordingly he knows what as I do the elevator wasn't reserved when you told us it was and that's okay we still finish what we needed to finish within the 3 hours in fact it was 4 hours I gave you a free hour because the guy that I hired that morning wasn't going to work out and I immediately had another lead mover show up and damn near completed the move again this is the third party marketplace you should have booked for more hours beforehand we stay busy and I'm not going to upset too customers when one was already upset because her elevator wasn't reserved which took more time now trying to hold us hostage there by not giving the payment code was rude therefore I asked you not to add any more time because you was already upset have a good day thank you for choosing Pro Movers of DFW LLC.

  • After being warned that they were running 30 minutes behind, the movers showed up 2.5 hrs late and offered nothing more than a quick apology. They were clearly rushing to get the job done and tore a piece off my couch. I was left on read multiple times while waiting for them and my calls were ignored. I would never recommend this moving company.

    We aim to please and efficiently complete all moves everyday no matter the weather or delays of other needy customers and understand that people get frustrated in the heat that we work in every day and that's why they hire us you can't make everyone happy we did complete the move and half the amount of time that she booked for and got her back on schedule and of course we got the exact responsive we expect it's going to get go you can't make them all happy thank you Ms Chen
