• I had a terrible experience with this moving company. Two unprepared and inexperienced workers arrived without equipment, causing damage and requiring my son’s help. The owner, David, tried to charge me extra for a third worker, showed up late, and tried to extort money by offering a free future move in exchange for a false 5-star review. My daughter gave them money through cash app. The job was not completed, leaving my son to complete the rest. The company acted dishonestly and unprofessionally, and I need a refund plus reimbursement for the extra expenses totaling $285.95.

• I’ve used U-Haul Moving Help before and always had great experiences, but this provider was a complete disappointment. I purchased a dozen moving blankets to protect my furniture, yet not one was used—they were thrown on the truck floor under boxes and furniture. The load was stacked carelessly, with heavy items on top of fragile ones, unsecured and unstable. As expected, several items were damaged, including chipped furniture, scratches, and loosened joints. When I contacted the provider, he wasn’t apologetic but offered repairs through his administrator. I never heard back until I followed up, at which point he asked for my address, but nothing has happened since. This was blatant neglect, poor customer service, and zero accountability. If you care about your belongings, avoid this provider. Their actions, and inaction, show no respect for customers’ property or time.
