Communication with arrival time could have been better; however, Xavier, our moving helper was excellent. He was very careful with our furniture, very polite, and worked really hard while he was helping with our furniture.

Nearly every single piece of furniture was delivered damaged. Chunks of wood are missing on my most expensive furniture. Almost all of our furniture arrived either bent, chipped, scratched, grinded, or broken. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care for our items.
