  • If I could give this moving service NO STARS, I would. This was by far THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I say this because my move was supposed to be at 9 am, I was called at 8 am and was asked to reschedule to 7 pm. Mind you, I had already dropped off my personal car and picked up the U-Haul rental. This already was inconvenient but I took it upon myself to start loading the truck BY MYSELF. I loaded literally almost everything myself. The movers arrived earlier than expected at 4 pm, which was the only positive thing this day. It took them forever to load items onto the U-Haul which was unreasonable. After loading up my stuff, they basically said that they couldn’t help me unload into my new place because they had an appointment after me at 6 pm. I was really upset and crying because I was left stranded to unload everything all by myself. Luckily I had strangers and Good Samaritans to help me move my stuff into my new place. I didn’t get finish until 11 pm doing that by myself.

    How bad that there are such lying people the move was changed because it was 7 in the morning and it was raining and I told her friend does she want to make her move with the rain like this? I'm already on my way to your location and you told me that you didn't want to do it with the rain that we looked for another time for your move and I told you that the only time I had was at 7pm because I had other moves and despite that we started your move at 5 in the afternoon two hours earlier than agreed we were doing your move and it took us two hours and I had other jobs to fulfill she begged me and cried to unload the truck but I couldn't stay any longer Time it's not my fault that she has put only two 2 hours as well as she there are many more people who are also waiting for their move so I couldn't stay doing another hour because I had two moves waiting for me that's not really my fault that there are very bad people and very liars......
