• My low rating is not against the 1 Mover, he worked with energy and took care with everything, 5 stars to him. The owner, Jonathan, is very unprofessional. Arrival time was 1 pm for 2 movers but he strung along for 2 hours saying they would be there soon as they were finishing another job. After 3 hours of waiting, the Mover who showed up called saying they were on their way and arrived shortly before 4 hours after. I called Moving U-Haul during the 4 hour wait and was told not to provide the pay number and I would receive a full refund. When told that, Jonathan says if I don't give the pay number he wasn't going to pay his Mover, which is illegal. He also threatened to call the Police for theft of service. To be done after 8 hours of moving, I gave the number. It was a trick by Jonathan because although his U-Haul add says Money Back Guarantee, he knew when I gave him the number, U-Haul would release funds to him and I would instead have to file a Dispute to get my refund. Do not use.
