• I was contacted by Omar the morning before move informing me when he would arrive the next day. I then received a call at 830pm from a different person saying he would be filling in for Omar set a time for him to arrive the following day. When he arrived, he was friendly enough, but the help he brought consisted of a 15 year old boy and a 9 year old boy. Needless to say, their moving experience was limited to non-existent. The first item moved was a large piece of furniture which we had wrapped diligently as we didn’t want it to get damaged. I was speechless when I saw the 15 year old continuously let the bottom of it bounce across the gravel driveway, damaging the base of the furniture taking chunks and knicks out of it. I again watched in horror when boxes deemed fragile were dropped and bounced down the steps on a dolly. At that point, I told them their help was no longer needed and let them go early. Would’ve hired the neighbor boy for much less. Never again, go elsewhere!

  I apologize for any inconvenience that you had. And I was not aware of any issue, especially since you tipped one hundred and sixty dollars. A tip is never necessary, but it is appreciated. The tip is only gives when one appreciates the work that was done. The guys left 10 minutes before the time. We do appreciate your business. But ultimately, we knew that there was going to be some type of issue, and we expected it. But after the $160 tip, we're just kind of confused about how you weren't satisfy with the business, nothing was broken. We will strive to do better in the future. And we appreciate. Your opinion moving forward if you're not appreciative of someone's service, you do not have the tip. But to tip a $160 and then leave a bad review is just. I don't know peace and blessings. Godspeed

• Omar and his team were very efficient and professional during this unloading job. They were respectful of both the building and personal property, asking where each item should be delivered. I would recommend them for your needs.

• We cannot thank Omar and Lawrence enough for all of their help with our move! We were extremely delayed on our way to our new apartment, but Omar and Lawrence were so patient and flexible with our timing. Their communication was really great and Omar was always very speedy to respond. They handled all of our items with such care and were very quick with unloading everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area! Thank you again so so much!!
