  The helpers I had were amazing. I would 100 percent recommend them. They finished the job faster than expected and did an excellent job.

  HORRIBLE!!!! First only one gentleman arrived on time the other was almost an hour late although starting late I was charged from the time the first guy arrived even though nothing was able to be moved. Then the move ended 1 hour after the original start time due to beginning late and I was still charged for an additional hour or labor. They also destroyed all of my furniture. I wish I could upload pics. All furniture is stayed and or scratched due to being pushed instead of being lifted. These guys cleanly aren’t capable of moving large or heavy item efficiently. I’m currently working with U-Haul to look for a resolution to this because over 10k in furniture is ruined now. WORST DECISION I’VE MADE SO FAR.

  The Careful Movers

  Easy to communicate with before and during the U-Box loading. The team was professional, polite, and handled our items with great care. They kept positive attitudes throughout, even with heavy pieces and a third-floor move. The only hiccup was that when they first arrived, we asked if they could help haul away a few items that wouldn’t fit in the U-Box, and they agreed, but later told us toward the end that they had a prior commitment and couldn’t. That left us in a bit of a bind. Overall, great experience and we’d definitely use them again.
