They loaded many boxes upside down, including a two-drawer filing cabinet. Heavy bins stacked on top of light boxes. Wood furniture loaded without padding--I had rented plenty and asked that they use them all. I was mystified as I unloaded at my new home. They simply don't seem to know what they are doing.
