I would never use this moving company again and I strongly recommend that anyone considering them look elsewhere From start to finish the experience was unprofessional and frustrating They never confirmed my date time or address Their website states that customers will receive a confirmation call never got one I ended up calling the night before only to find out Donte Goodman had completely forgotten about my reservation After I told him 9 AM he simply said okay see you then The morning of the move he texted me at 9 AM saying they wouldn’t arrive until 1130 due to traffic from Philadelphia to New Jersey When I pointed out that it does not take 2 half hours he responded with For us to get ready we have been busting our ass all week so I’m waiting for my guy to come so we can go to Jersey together That was his exact wording completely unprofessional They finally arrived at 12 PM Once they started they took long breaks repeatedly used my bathroom left it smelly then they left without say

Donte was phenomenal. I had to make a couple of last minute time changes and he was extremely accommodating. He was communicative, efficient, and was able to walk me through the process. His team was able to unload, transporting my items to storage in less than 2 hours. Wow! Exceptional! His team and quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely hire him again!
