Compared to my other experience, they took too long to load and unload and could have done better in packing the things behind the uhaul

Guys were nice but they weren't very gentle with the stuff. More concerned on lifting as much as possible even if it went a thing fell over or they would drop the boxes a little instead of gently putting them on the floor
